I highly recommend Life in Balance. Every time I leave I feel like a giant weight has been lifted off my back. Sara provides a calming professional atmosphere. She is very experienced and caters to each request I have had. If you've been looking for a new go to place you've found it.

I had shoulder and foot issues after a fall while in the military. Sara was able to fix my shoulder and alleviate my foot pain; preventing me from depending on pain meds or surgery. Even if you don't have major issues, I highly recommend seeing her for regular relaxing massage sessions.
