BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I bought a downsten that ended up being too big and i called back and they were SUPER helpful and allowed me to exchange it at a completely different store! Jesse at the renton store was the most helpful person in the world. he communicated with the other store and called me back multiple times and he made sure i got what i needed. the employee, Ash at the auburn store was super helpful also! great employees!

OMG where do I start with this place.... they are hands down one of the best shops around by far. They are well staffed and always have someone quick to help you no matter how busy they are. My Dad and I both are returning customers here for a could years now and I don't think I've ever purchased a bad jar of buds here. My Dad loves it as much as I do. And they Always have some great deals going on especially for returning customers. They also have a wide variety of products too. All kinds of accessories for your whatever needs. And they Always have consistency with products too so your not having to guess what to get. Plus they have new products in all the time too so you won't get tired or bored of the same ol' stuff. I love how they have a glass and head shop rt downstairs too so its really convenient to go to both in one stop. Parking is never a problem as well. You gotta add this to your gotta do list if you are in the neighborhood or just passing by. Mary Jane's is a quality place to go to no doubt!

By far my favorite place to shop for local glass. The people who work here go above and beyond to make sure your getting the piece your looking for. I havent experienced better customer service like they have at Mary Janes. Prices are on the high side for most glass but they typically always function tremendously better than your average chinese import glass. Always worth the extra dollar to have a one of a kind functioning piece of art.
