Daniel was Absolutely Amazing! He was attentive and very helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met from the moment I walked in until I left. My car required a special kind of oil that they were out of at the time. He made a call to make sure it came in quickly and I appreciate his knowledge and skill set. We need more Daniels around. Great customer service is hard to come by. Thank you Daniel for making my experience with Meineke a Great One!
Absolutely phenomenal service. Took my car in on a Saturday morning around 11am and was offered an appointment for Monday or Tuesday, but then was told it could get done same day but wouldn’t be finished until 6pm. Not a big deal, as it’s a Saturday, so I took it and left. My car was finished by 2pm. I was shocked at how quick they were and the exceptionally cheap and affordable price. I will definitely be returning for future services on my car, these guys rock!!
I took my vehicle in because I was told I needed 800 worth of work by another mechanic and wanted a second opinion before I spent that type of money. Come to find out the work wasn't necessary at all. It's hard to find honest mechanics out here & I'm truly happy I found a new place that's trustworthy with my vehicle. Allen is awesome & showed me great customer service. I will most definitely send others his way. I won't take my car anywhere else from here on out. Thank You!
Great customer service, they'll make sure it's right. Have gotten a couple fairly large jobs done here and when one of them became problematic, they made sure it was fixed right and for good. They're my regular shop now.
