I have been going to this location for 8 years and have always been extremely happy with there service. Extremely friendly, good rates and I love that they do a 5 point inspection on my vehicle every time!!! Great place to go right before a road trip!!! I highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 5 because they were dishonest with me about what actually needed to be repaired. I came in because my check engine light was on and then after an hour or so they printed out an invoice for me stating a quote of 3,600.00 I was so flabbergasted I wanted to scream because that's almost the amount I pay for my college tuition quarterly and I thought \wow\! Am I even going to school next quarter? Anyways as I was looking through the invoice I noticed that parts would only cost 300 bucks and the labor actually cost 3K. Which is crazy because it costs \u003c3K to replace the whole engine. I had two different mechanics look at my car (not from Midas) and they basically said whatever Midas told me that needed repairing doesn't really need to be fixed and they showed me the evidence too! I'm absolutely astonished at whoever diagnosed my vehicle basically only wanted my dollars. However, throughout my 3 years of being with Midas Frank always gave excellent and outstanding customer service. He always explained everything thorough and is pleasant to talk to. I know he wasn't the one who diagnosed my car it was probably one of the mechanics. Frank also pointed out that my two front tires needed serious replacing because of an alignment issue and he showed me that upfront if it wasn't for him on that day I would've driven out to UW tacoma and probably would've gotten stuck. Thank you Frank for your service.
I absolutely love Midas! James is the best and has been with me through 2 cars now. The quality I get, the timeliness they have, and the care they take are unmatched. I was headed down to Portland the same day and needed my car done pretty quick and they were able to get all my needs met and not keep my car overnight to do so. I had a synthetic oil change, replaced all 4 brakes which are warrantied, replaced 2 rotors, and machined the other 2 all for 650.
They were supper fast, friendly and great at advicing....
