We are applicants to a rental property with Mynd. Myself, along with my current roommate, Xy'lah, called in for inquiries about a property space and how to go about the application process and in all seriousness, Willie, the representative that we spoke over the phone with, was super helpful and transparent. He told us things that we might have not have questions about but very important for us to know. He was super polite and patient about taking our questions and answering them. He is super easy to work with- since there were two of us speaking at once... He made the process easy as if we were in person. Willie is awesome! Most likely hoping to either call in for him or Phil, the first rep that we called in for. This company has prepared their reps very well and I am impressed by the professionalism up front with customer service. Thank you all!

I believe, since the pandemic started, our residential hallways and stairwells haven’t been regularly cleaned. I’ve been contacting them since August and all I get is “We understand, we’re working on it.” This happens to occur after they contracted with a company that raised our utility bill from 60-80 to 133, which was already frustrating. A garbage chute is on every floor and mine is next to my entrance, so there’s always trash juices sticking to the ground and creating an odor. Also, I’m allergic to dust, dogs, and cat, and so all this build-up can make it hard to breathe, but because we can’t take it anymore, many of us have decided to clean the halls ourselves. I moved here to get away from the slums, but even at my last place, they would clean the building regularly. I know Mynd will eventually get it resolved, but not without lots of stress and tears on your end.

I am new to the rental business so was very appreciative of the help I received from the team at Mynd. Whitley, Austin, Kelli, Danni and John were all very helpful. The evaluation of my property was very extensive. It was great to have direction on what needed to be improved to attract the best tenant. We were able to find a tenant very quickly. The tenant needed to have a quick turn around on application and approval that was facilitated by Whitley and her team. The vast majority of contact is completed via email. Thank you to the folks at Mynd for their work getting this rookie up to speed.

Pretty responsive. The longest I waited for an answer was maybe 30 minutes. When I called to change my self-tour appointment, Phil was very helpful and actually called me back to confirm that everything was in order. Overall good experience so far.
