Consistently slow, like 20-40 minutes slower than ETA when order is placed. Employees making food items also do not properly wear masks. Also have received several orders that are wrong on multiple occasions time and time again.

What happened to the pizza?? I ordered 3 large 2 topping pizzas. Pep- mushroom had barely no mushrooms. All 3 pizzas were all bread and doughy. Didn't even feel that it was baked all the way. And the 1/3 of the pizza was crust.
This was my gluten free pizza, thin as cardboard and burnt
I use the Papa John's app and order carryout to this location. Over the numerous times I order carryout there, they had the food ready for pick up within a timely manner, and sometimes these are big orders coming from me. One feedback I have, though, is that it can get difficult to tell who's next in line during busy times, especially between customer and 3rd party pick-ups. I recently experienced this when another customer and I were trying to wait our turn to enter the store, since it is quite cramped inside at the counter and were trying to adhere to social distancing. But really, I feel like this is more of a public courtesy rather than on the store I can only imagine how busy it must get behind the scenes, especially during the pandemic. The staff here are doing their best. Really appreciate what everyone is able to do for the community... thank you for helping those of us out when we're unable to cook dinner immediately after work. You guys rock!
I love their pizza and apparently a lot of other people do too. Because of that, delivery can be pretty slow so I pick it up myself usually, and even then it can be a 10-15 minute wait to get my pizzas even after I have gotten the text notification that my pizzas are ready for pickup. Hopefully management reads this and figures out that on busy nights, it would substantially improve the customer experience by optimizing the process of getting the already cooked pizzas in the hands of their customers and delivery drivers waiting outside. The person behind the counter is always nice and apologetic for the wait, but the store just doesn't have a system in place that is able to meet peak demand.
Pizza is great but never choose the delivery option. This location will not deliver. I’ve never gotten a delivery for the last 3 times I ordered. Just go pick it up.
It takes a long time to pick up your pizza even when ordering on line and notified that pizza is ready. The limited entry is understandable given COVID-19. However drivers picking up for food delivery jump in front, and slow things down trying to coordinate orders. Large number of pizzas ready were piled up.
