Ravenwood in Ft Worth is a horrible place to live. My children have been over there for over a month without any air. My two year old grand daughter has been to the emergency room several times due to her asthma and the heat in the apartments. Residence are buying window units due to the heat and several people have started moving out. Of course they are adding late fees and filing eviction if the rent is late but they can't even get the air fixed. We have called the corporate office several times and still no response. We will be calling channel 4 next. This is ridiculous!!! Texas heat and no AIR!!!!!!! Management is HORRIBLE and INCONSIDERATE!!!!

Code of Ethics Complaint You can file a complaint with the Real Estate Commission. If too many complaints are filed they could definitely lose their license. I would also suggest you consider suing the PM for violating their fiduciary duties and try to recovering damages .If you feel a property manager has not measured up.
This Company does not care about the tenants or the Property. All they want is your rent money. Pools are always closed, Office staff get fired or quit big turn over in the office and well as turn over in tenants moving in and out.Real communication issues with managers and tenants.
Questionable Character.... anyone working for place 10 who can lie under oath... should not be working here.False statements under oath.... IS perjury....A person convicted of perjury under federal law may face up to five years in prison and fines. The punishment for perjury under state law varies from state to state, but perjury is a felony and carries a possible prison sentence of at least one year, plus fines and probation. WAKE UP CALL ... TO THE KIND OF FOLKS ,,, THAT WORK FOR PLACE 10....
Very poor management!!! I live at Prescott Wood Apartments and since you guys have taken over it takes forever to get anything fixed!!!! I cant wait to move !!!! Now Im being we dont have a manger on property its sad when you have to call corporate to get things done !!!! Pool is not open and it is June .
