Although in 2020 the property manager was inept, the new manager is really on top of things. I will keep them as my property management for the foreseeable future.
Went through renters Marketplace for my previous rental. Erin was my contact. She was awesome! Super efficient, easy to contact and no nonsense or run around. Paying my rent was easy and when it came time to buy my first home she referred me to a mortgage broker and agent through their sister company. I send all of my friends seeking a rental to Erin at Renters Marketplace.
I'm totally amazed at how fast things get handled if a tenant is in need of any Maintenance or any other help with their unit. Erin Stroppa is truly amazing. Very polite and quick with a response that has a solution. Five stars definitely deserved.
Been renting w them for 3 years, 2 different properties. They’ve been easy to work with. Also have a few different ways to pay rent which is nice.
