I have been waiting 6 months to receive my deposit or what happened to it. I've came to learn over the years not to ever expect your deposit back (which i don't) but every person receives documentation for what the deposit was used for and how much if any you receive back. I have called countless times (lost count now) and barely reach anyone and when I do I do not get a real answer. They continue to say \oh someone will reach out to you soon\ or along the lines of that. NOT ONCE HAVE I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL, EMAIL OR LETTER.

Basically my husband and I cannot get any help from the Housing Authority and all the houses that we have tried to contact in Renton turn us down because of credit and the Housing Authority does nothing about it causing the large amount of homelessness all over King County. If you even have a little bit of bad credit they can turn you down causing my husband and I with three kids and he's working to be homeless for over 2 years now. I contacted them trying to get help and they basically said they won't help me and my husband makes too much money and I have contacted every apartment or house for rent in Renton and been turned down because of the stipulations that they can have against a renter. My husband just went to the pelly Apartments and he asked them if they would accept our bad credit cuz we owe a landlord a little bit of money that we don't really owe. And they call my husband you didn't pay them so you won't pay us get off our property. So my two and four year old live in a motel and I never see my ten-year-old because of it and this is the reason why all these people live on the streets and do drugs and Destroy people's properties vandalize and steal and I really don't blame them. if something doesn't get done about it this is never going to change
