The doctors and staff here are absolutely amazing!! They made sure the entire process was smooth and I had a great experience coming here. The Renton Landing Clinic should be proud of their excellent staff working here. They were able to promptly solve my problem. If I have any reason to see a doctor again, this will be my first choice. I recommend this place 10/10!!

Very nice place, always clean, organized and maintained, from waiting area up to rooms. Best customer service, very friendly and informative employees, good doctors, always satisfied. Highly recommend this place.

This clinic from my experience has great doctors. Sometimes the wait can be almost 2hrs but at least it’s faster than your regular doctors office. I had pain in my throat for around two weeks. I finally went there and the Doc told me it was strep. He told me usually they prescribe antibiotics but said it looked like my immune system was winning so he wouldn’t give me anything for it. I was impressed with that since it seems many Doctors push and throw the meds without really caring to investigate.

I have been here twice; once for an ear irrigation and the other my husband was severely injured at work. Both times I experienced Dr. Gabrielle Bernard and there is no better example of bedside manners in need. Her arrogance and condescension are truly awe inspiring. She will spend maybe 5 minutes, if that, before pushing you out. She is clearly revenue oriented rather than patient. You know when doctor's become overly wealthy and stuck up, that's exactly how she will talk and treat you. You are a dollar sign here. I get urgent care and the urgency, it's in the name after all, but this is not what I am talking about; this is 100 a person that hates her job and will blame you for making her do it. If you CAN go elsewhere but if you can't absolutely seek treatment, the front desk staff is nice. Nurses and Dr. Bernard will leave alot to be desired though...

Went in for the first time in several years. The wait was a bit long (I should have made an online appointment) but it was a busy day for them. I saw Dr. Gabrielle Bernard, and she was wonderful and compassionate, and diagnosed my problem quickly. Many thanks!

Came because I got hurt at work , called to get placed on wait list but that didn’t matter, I was not next when I was suppose to be people before me went ahead. LNI claims come last and least important and take more time some how?Very disappointed got faster service if you would have walked in for LNI

Definitely one of those clinics where they play doctor and it's a game. I was called "victim" with a condescending tone from the doctor after complaining about shortness of breath, nausea, and stomach pain. The doctor also called me "buddy", which again I really do not appreciate.
