Despite what other reviewers said, I had a great experience here. I called in the morning and secured an appointment for later that morning. I showed up a little early. I was greeted by pleasant polite smiling faces, treated with respect, received the treatment that I required and was out in about 45 minutes. Make an appointment. Be a little early. Be specific about your medical issue. And be respectful. I highly recommend this place.

This is the first review I’ve ever left but I felt that it’s the only way to take any sort of action after the poor “care” that I received here. Went in to have my shoulder looked at after two weeks of pain and discomfort hoping to diagnose the actual issue. Explained to the nurse practitioner that I’m very physically active and assuming it could be an overuse injury, also told her I’ve been taking ibuprofen and icing it. Without getting out of her chair she explained that it was probably an overuse injury and that I should just keep taking ibuprofen and icing it and if it keeps hurting go see my primary care physician. (Not exactly 150 worth of advice in my opinion) No range of motion tests, no examination, no “care” given. She literally never stood up out of her chair or looked at the shoulder in question. I spent less than 5 minutes in the office, didn’t receive any meaningful care and was billed 150 for it. When I disputed that charge based on the lack of care given my case was reviewed and then denied. Having worked in customer service for the past decade there’s not a chance I would ever charge someone if I was unable to provide them with the service they were looking for and at the very least I would work out a fair price for what was offered. This type of thing wouldn’t fly in any other industry out there, definitely feel taken advantage of by Swedish on this one. Very frustrating experience all around.

I didn't look at the reviews before I went and I'm glad. I had a good experience there. I cut my finger and needed to know if i needed stitches. They glued it for me. Both the women working were courteous and professional. I'm not sure how the one reviewer connected it to socialized medicine- this is not a government run clinic that is paid for with tax dollars, but from other reviewers it sounds like paying without insurance is not too astronomical.

Unreliable and closed when thru are supposed tp be open.

Good example of lows that could be achieved with socialized medicine. No appointmnets available for days, can't see you now because they are busy, but there are no other patients around. Staff were condescending and delighted to turn me away.

I scheduled a same day appointment in the morning. I was a little skeptical from some of the other reviews, but I walked right in, filled out some paperwork and got started. The medical staff turned out to be nice and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed and they took the time to explain everything and to make sure I was ok. I was very satisfied. Being an uninsured individual, I also appreciated the upfront costs on their end. There's only two little offices, and because the care is good quality, I could see how they might not always make appointment times. It's something to be aware of and I'd suggest coming in early for forms, or scheduling around the possibility of a delayed appointment. They also work 12 hour days, so I wouldn't fuss over some potentially cranky staff. I'd feel the same! Bottom line, I would certainly come back again.

My entire experience, from scheduling to treatment was excellent. Both the PA and physician were knowledgable, compassionate, listened carefully as I explained my symptoms and talked me through my diagnosis. I did take advantage of some of the time-saving recommendations noted on their website (entering in my insurance information in advance) and was certain to arrive early (12:30 for a 12:40 appointment). They were out when I arrived, but returned precisely when their "back by" sign said (12:35) and we were able to get started a little early. The only thing I could wish for would be for there to be an Express Care at the Walgreens near me! Thank you very much!

The providers are great at this location and in 20 mins they can cover a great deal. I've brought my daughter here a few times for ear infections and the male provider, I believe his name is Darren, is great with her. Please don't let people's negative reviews detour you, just make your appointment on time and you'll be fine.
