As I walked in there was Immediate sense of urgency to help, was immediately greeted by Steve Lach, I just needed to get them to cut me a check. Steve helped me quick and gave me some valuable information while we waited for my check to be printed. He asked me if he can answer some questions, very engaging positive conversation. Would totally come back to do business here. Absolutely recommend this branch.

Terrible! I live in Renton but will drive to Olympia instead of 5 minutes down the street -- the guy apparently running the place is a quick talking used car salesman keen on signing you up and getting you out the door. Horrible experience; I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
