I needed a last minute oven repair before Christmas dinner, and this company agreed in short-time to come and replace a part in my oven. They charged me 250 for this, which felt like a very high price. After they left, I opened my oven to find that the glass in the front door had been dislodged from it's seal and was flopping around. When we turned the oven on, the front door became dangerously hot to the touch, now that the vacuum seal was broken. I wrote to the company 3 times (in German) asking them to send someone to fix the door. They have never replied to me. I asked my bank to return the funds to my account, but this company only takes cash or bank transfers, the latter of which is how I paid and I guess really difficult to get your money back under SEPA laws. I asked my bank what the best process is to ensure my money is returned, and they said to ask the police to come to the shop with me. What a nightmare! Run from these guys... even if they come to your home on Christmas Eve. They are not worth a cent.

WARNUNG!!! SEHR ungebildete Mitarbeiter. Kein Fachwissen, kein Sozialverhalten, keine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Wahrscheinlich billige Arbeitskräfte aus Kaukasus oder so). Unsere Spülmaschine wurde falsch epariert\ dafür mussten wir 200euro zahlen. (Ohne Kostenvoranschlag)!!!!! Ich war mit meinem zweijährigen Sohn beschäftigt und die Situation haben sie ausgenutzt, indem sie meine Spülmaschine ohne es mir gesagt zu haben, gereinigt haben um dann von mir 200euro zu verlangen!!!! Eine Frechheit!! Nach zahlreichen anrufen wurden wir jedes Mal von einem Türken beschimpft (man hat das Gefühl auf einem türkischen Bazar verhandeln zu müssen) Eine schweinerei. FINGER WEG!! MACHT NICHT DEN SELBEN FEHLER!!!! DIE GUTEN BEWERTUNG HABEN DIE MITARBEITER SELBST GESCHRIEBEN!!!

Achtung sehr Finger weg...Die Firma Ohm Elektronik hat bei unserer Softeismaschine die Kühlflüssigkeit aufgefüllt. Nach der Prozedur verlangte der Monteur in Frezeitklamotte 980 Netto von mir. Er ließ sich auf 575 runterhandeln was immer noch eine Frechheit ist. Auf der Rechnung steht 4 Liter Kältemittel zu je 115 . Erstens wird Kältemittel in Gram weiter gegeben und nicht in Litern. Zweitens steht auf dem Typenschild der Maschine das nur 900g reinpassen. Nach einer Recherche dürfte diese Befüllung mit Anfahrt nicht mehr wie 250 kosten.
