The owner expoited the staffs worked there, and was fined more than 68 thousand nz dollars .Some people says "What happens in a court room should not reflect on this spot.",but I don't agree.Peolple have the right to know what happened to this spot.

This place can be either good or bad, depending on your perspective on it. My experience was decently pleasant, having been at a 4 bedroom cabin for 2 nights. The place itself was quite interesting, campsite-like. There is a thermal heated pool you can find there. Downsides can include cleanliness; If you don't like a bit of dirty things, this wouldn't be the place for you. Public toilets were moderately dirty, the cabin wasn't completely clean. Some facilities also didn't work while I wad there. But do not expect much for the price you pay, personally I thought it was good for the money me and my friends paid for. One more thing to note, the wifi barely worked for my stay there, the reception for it wasn't the best.

How about all you people leaving 1 star reviews STOP! there is always two sides to a story and unless like me you have stayed here you shouldn't post your personal thoughts or emotions about this holiday park ! Yes it may need new owners and some TLC but this spot is great and a lovely quite park to stay at have been here lots of time with family over the last 14 years. What happens in a court room should not reflect on this amazing spot.

After seeing the kitchen and lounge area, I couldn’t even bring myself to check the toilet or showers. We had already paid but decided not to stay. Very run down - in need of lots of care.

Migrant exploitation is NEVER okay. There is no reason they should be paying you 45k which you haven't denied but stated its for 2 years accommodation this should not be charged 2 years in advance. Show all your wage and time records and we will compare them to your ex employees bank accounts and see if they match. ZERO STARS.

This place has been found guilty of employment fraud . Charging its employees a bond as such to secure work. Owner like these people need to understand this is illegal
