WORST..most UNRELIABLE CONTRACTOR!! Steve made 3 appointments to come out and bid my job, and had different excuses for each time he couldn't show up! Never use a contractor full of excuses cause he'll use the same tactics to never get your job done! If i could give him NO STARS I would!
