Excellent mold remediation work! Chris Colbert was fast and thorough in surveying the job, defining the scope of work, and providing a very helpful and detailed quote supported by numerous annotated reference photos. Chris coordinated and worked well with our inspector and general contractors, and he was attentive and very responsive throughout the project. When the remediation began, Lead Technician Edgar Lozano and his team worked hard and carefully, protected the floors, established sealed containment areas, and were alert to other areas that needed attention. When they finished the job, everything was super tidy, and our independent inspector was very impressed by their work. Everyone we talked to, including the office staff, was easy to work with, polite, friendly, helpful, and eager to answer questions. We had no problems, received an excellent result, and I’d gladly hire them again. I highly recommend First To Respond.
These guys were great! Very friendly, prompt and efficient. They were able to help us on our immediate issues and were even avail during the crazy Thanksgiving holiday to ensure that our needs were met. Would definitely recommend them!
