I was referred to Roger because I was registering a classic car. The car had fallen out of the DMV system and I didn’t know what steps were needed to get it back into the DMV. When I called Roger knew exactly what needed to be done and the steps that would need to be taken. I hired him to go to the DMV because during covid the DMV is insane. He went to the DMV and kept me informed the entire time. He needed to get additional documents for the car due to it no longer being in the system. He didn’t charge me more or give me a hard time just kept dealing with the DMV until He was able to get the car registered. If I would have had to go myself it would have required three or four trips and he took care of it all. Thank you for taking care of it all.

Worst customer service ever, Called for information regarding a salvage title, after 10 seconds he Hung up, I returned the call, and he answered so Rude, He said, come to the office !! come to the office !! in a very bad mood. I just responded , I'm so sorry, I'm just try to get some information. But just let me know if you are able to do the registration for me, or not ? Is simple !! His answer was no, no, I can't right now !!! And he Hung up. Very bad service if you are Latino, even if they are Latinos too.. Never in my life, any Californian business treated me like this guy. Please stay away of this kind of people, there are many other places to go in the area..
