I would have given this store 5 stars if it lived up to it's name. I walked in expecting to experience a wonderous city the likes of Oz. I was sadly mistaken. There is neither city or party here, just a bunch of things to throw your own party. I asked to speak to the mayor of Party City only to once again be disappointed - apparently there is no formal government. It's total anarchy in here. But hey, if you need balloons this is the place.

Update from today: worst customer's service. Look on the wall. that was the answer twice to my questions about the customs. So improve your customers service, since today you lost me as a client. Huge and have everything you might need for a party and for a lot more. You might consider coming here if you are looking for something more than the basic cheap dishes, and you are willing to pay extra for higher quality. I was able to find here staff that many other locations did not have, and if you are baking, you will find things you need here. Quality is above the basic 99 cents places, prices are way above 99.
