I called this guy Marcelo like 20 times to ask him about adding my wife to my policy and he never called back and didn’t even want to add her because of her different home address. He suggested to see dmv to change the address so we both can be under one policy. The next day Me and my wife went to the dmv to do the change in address for her to be under my policy and once we did that he STILL ignored my calls and didn’t bother to even call back. Also I called him about my car insurance since I wasn’t getting the bills in the mail and Marcelo would just tell me that he’d call me back and never did. If you want good car insurance definitely not this location. Very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable about his work field. If you value your time don’t go here period Adrianas insurance is probably better then this corporate
