How disappointing it is when you come to the bank in you lost debit debit car you come to get a replacement and tell you that is not our helpful when you waiting outside and then there is only 2 people there that is nobody there and then you willing to Wait because I need them i said wait until. Some get free and she say I can't help Lorena that is such unsatisfactory comes like telling you know we can't help you out because there is no appointment for you that's ridiculous when they kick you out out a bank in your customer that come not good customer service very disappointed

Staff is very kind and friendly while still being professional and efficient. Very helpful. Inside is big and clean with strict COVID-19 guidelines. People are greeted as individuals and treated with respect. Very happy with my experience.

Rolando has been outstanding, super courteous and attentive, while being super processional with his customer service, when dealing with my business transactions. I am beyond please with his customer service and all his assistance. I’ve had other business bankers by other banks for my previous business and by far Rolando is terrific “The Best!!!” I, Ayala... "Body By Starz" give him 5 Stars for his outstanding customers’ service. 2nd REVIEW 3;37 PM Monday June 1st 2020 closed WITH NO SIGN EXPLANATION OR INSTRUCTIONS. Not only this Wells Fargo branch. B of A and citi bank open. I have been to this branch several times and have experienced challenges with a few individuals. Today I walked in as a business owner and wanted to wire to a vendor. They asked me to sit down and wait. I asked how long and the man said 20 minutes. I sat for 30 minutes and they kept helping Spanish speaking people as I waited losing precious time. I became agitated and heading to a more friendlier and professional branch. The line was empty and there was no shortage of staff so no excuse to have me wait 30 minutes. The manager and a few others are great and the two stars are for them but they have their bad apples.
