I have lived at Reserve Decatur for almost 2 years. The convenience of location is unmatched. The amenities are great. I love the Starbucks coffee machine, gym and the pool. The staff is always very helpful. Anytime I submit a maintenance request the issue is always resolved either that same day or 24 hours later. The only negative I can think of is thin walls, which is to be expected with apartment living.

I made Reserve Decatur my home for 2 years. The community is beautiful and well kept. The amenities are an extra bonus. Beautiful large pool with grilling areas. Nice sky lounge to host small intimate gatherings. The units are spacious with large size closets and Built in Bluetooth speakers. Maintenance always responds quickly and efficiently. This is by far the best community Ive stayed in.
I've lived here for 3 years and love it. The apartments are really nice and spacious, and the amenities can't be beat! I definitely recommend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. So incredibly clean and in an up and coming part of town. The amenities are the best....Amazing pool, gym, business area, and lounge room. The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Tina was able to show me around and took her time making sure I was comfortable and answering all my questions. Would totally recommend!
