I absolutely love the Reserve of Bossier City apartments, the property is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and the maintenance crew gets things done quickly! I would 100% recommend living here!!!

Hello! I am still in the application process. But Amira is sooooo nice and so understanding! With this application process, they have been so understanding and helpful and take the time to understand your situation. I'm a single mom, full time student and work full time. I have to be out of my current apartment in a few weeks, they are doing everything to help me as much as possible. Where as two other apartments have denied me and didn't offer to understand what I'm going through or help me at all. Even though I'm more than capable of paying and have never missed a payment in my life. So I appreciate them helping me! Great place!

We've been at the Reserve for over 2 years, and they continue to impress me. The staff and management continue to be very conscientious of improving the property and working to accommodate the residents in any way they can. Fortunately the current manager has a very enthusiastic and positive attitude that carries over to all the staff, creating a very positive mood around the property. They are always waving and are generally happy to be working there. Through the COVID quarantine, the management hasn't been heavy handed or rigid at all with incorporating the rules or regulations. But they have made common sense arrangements and worked thoughtfully to make the stay easier. I would recommend the Reserve in a heartbeat and am very thankful for all the work they have done, and continue to do. Thumbs up A :)
