Excellent service, the only thing I had concern with was that I would have preferred to have the inspector go on the roof instead of taking a zoom picture of it from the ground to insure a more direct visual details of the roof.

My inspector, Kevin Faust, was great! As a first time home buyer, I was very appreciative of his thoroughness and attention to detail. The inspection report was comprehensive, yet concise and easy to follow. The pictures and annotations were of high quality, which will allow me to re-inspect, own my own, the areas of concern with confidence. Kevin was kind enough to walk the house with me, explaining his findings and actually showing me the areas of the house that should be addressed before closing. Kevin also took time to look up manufacturer recommendations to ensure that parts were properly installed by the builder. Kevin was professional, on-time, and very pleasant to talk with. I recommend Kevin to anyone needing a home inspection, particularly first time home buyers or sellers.

We used Residential Inspector of America to inspect our home under contract and Chris came out to do the inspection. He was very professional, friendly, and did a thorough job on the inspection for us! He was early to the job and prefaced the inspection with a call to introduce himself and let us know when he was on the way to the job. He sent us the report for the home immediately after the job/very timely. I would highly recommend this company for home inspections and I know my realtor is adding this company to her list of recommendations as well!

We got lucky to have Andrew Binosa assigned to us for our new construction pre drywall inspection. He was thorough and detailed with his inspection report which was available the same evening. The report included pics and caught several issues that weren't up to code. He was also a very professional and nice guy. We have our pre drywall walk-through with the builder today and I hope he will address these issues...finger crossed!
