Update: after my Google review, I quickly heard back from Resort Closings inc. They immediately processed my paperwork and sent it over to Wyndham. I wish they were more prompt from the beginning and that it shouldn't have taken a bad Google review to get their attention. But, it worked out and I don't hold grudges. Sold my timeshare and paid fees and signed papers over 1 month ago. Still waiting to hear when everything is finalized and wyndham will stop charging me. I've been emailing my account specialist but she's very busy and takes a few weeks to message me back. Was I scammed? Considering filing with BBB soon.

His communication was impeccable and he earned our trust by following through with everything promised. And then...with Covid-19 and cancelled flights...he stepped up AGAIN to rebook the same vacation at a later date. I cannot say enough about John's customer service! I’ve purchased 5x from Resorts closing! They’re professional and efficient. Made my traveling smoother by becoming an owner, for less money. I’ve sent friends to them to both buy and sell their timeshares, and they’ve been happy too. I’m considering buying more points now that all of our children are grown and use the condos more often. I’d recommend using Resorts closing, it’s the only way I’d buy

I sold my timeshare through Resort Closings, Inc. It was a wonderful experience. They made it so easy and simple, I couldn't believe it was true since I had been trying to offload my timeshare for nearly 8 years. Other companies wanted 3 times the amount to transfer a timeshare. Trust me, you can use this company and you won't be disappointed. There were awesome!

Tried to buy a timeshare and the person who was helping me was very rude and unprofessional. Wanted to cancel and they emailed me saying they had everything they needed to record finally and asked if I wanted to go ahead I asked how long would it take and never got an answer. So I emailed them again and they finally emailed back saying they canceled and relisted it.

My first two timeshare transfers went ok, but my last one dealing with Melinda Delgado and whomever else messed up my files LOST my papers, then had me redo papers several times. It was a big mess that took a long time to sort out. They need to find someone more reliable. I won't be using them ever again. They also lie and say she is no longer with the company, but it is not true she signed papers at the very end.
