Timeshare presentation was ok but the gift was horrible! We got a reward of 25 for both my husband and myself from rockfish restaurant. The waitress had us feeling bad about even using them. Had to get a drink also. Charged us more than other people paid for the same food. Didn’t tell us the specials. For a high priced restaurant it was horrible experience! Waitress said we have to lose 80 percent on these coupons! It is our big Anniversary and didn’t need to feel like little kids with a dollar McDonald’s cone coupon. Come on man! Some Great free Presentation gift!!

I currently own a timeshare and went to look at one for my brother and his fiancee the week I was on vacation. Steve the sales manager came out in the Lobby and told me to leave stating they only sell to married couples, told me I wasn't there to buy anything, and they don't sell to single gay men. Property management informed me he was lying. They've yet to make any reasonable resolution available.

My parents have owned on Hilton Head for 30 years and left their timeshare to me. Used Resort Source to sell, took about 8 months but they did a great job. Professional and knowledgeable.

Very relaxed environment unlike many timeshare places we've been. Great job helping us buy and sell our timeshares.

My parents have owned a timeshare since the 80s. I decided it was time to find out about one for myself. Wow!!! The lady we met with couldn’t tell us the name of her company twice, talked all around my questions, didn’t keep to the promised 40 minute presentation, kept drawing pictures to describe the premise of a timeshare and points, and even cried. Then her manager came out, described the property that had “just come in” and got an attitude and walked away when we told him that we would be irresponsible consumers if we bought the first timeshare presented to us. They all but begged us to be there and were rude when they learned we weren’t interested in giving them 5k today. Not sure that the 100 gift card was worth the experience and the missed 1 hour with my kids. Very unprofessional and uninformed.

These guys are unprofessional. 1st indication is that there are no business cards available at the front desk. Small but key issue. You cannot get any call backs. Everything you fear in timeshares is right here.
