I have an intermittent connection issue that frequently affects my work from home. Multiple times I've called for support without a long term solution. Almost every time I've resolved the issue myself before the representative could. This last time I spent 30 minutes on hold before reaching a customer care representative. When one finally got on for 30 seconds simply to transfer me to tech support I spent another 40 minutes on hold waiting before finally giving up. It seems Resort TVs motto is: "Your call is important to us. Please hold until it is no longer important to you." If you have an option to choose a different provider, I recommend avoiding this company. They hold a monopoly on cable internet, hike prices as they see fit, are not competitive, and do not attend to customer's needs in a timely manner.

Great price on super-fast Broadband and HUGE data plans for the price. They don’t “throttle” their bandwidth as many others do, and having the nerve to charge you more for what is already available...(AT&T and the gang of Monopolies ). I regular get an average of 50 Gbit speed!! Nuff said!! \u200d️\u200d️

Charged a late fee for a bill that was paid before the late fee date, when called to talk about it, you get a call service center that cannot help you except to say this is what you owe..they cannot take off the late fee because Resort Cable has to approve it and that takes filling out a request which usually can take 2 days or more to approve. Nothing gets solved, so why pay a service center to solve problems that Resort Cable still has to be bothered with to approve? Insanity.

This place has absolutely no recourse for insanely high transfer fees, and other nonsensical fees. There is no authority to speak to. The fees are arbitrary and overpriced. They charge you 20 to install your service, yet they charge you 80 to move your service. The people who work the windows are nice enough, but even they have a slight disdain for anyone asking questions about the legitimacy of certain fees. Hope to have real competition one day so I can tell this company to get lost.

Great experience when calling to renew my service. No pressure to renew just made me feel like I was important and a valued customer. Very courteous representative that I worked with.

We’ve been very satisfied with Resort Cable. The few outages have been repaired quickly and customer service via FB is responsive. The updates are appreciated. The unprecedented winter storm has been well handled.

65 dollars a month and you can't even provide me with stable internet. Your service kicked my sister off a zoom meeting right as it was starting. I swear if there were other options I'd drop your sorry excuse for "internet"
