Beautiful location, stunning views of the vineyard. All staff were fantastic, professional and attentive. Food was so good. Tasty, well presented and decent serving sizes. . Great selection of wines with paired options. A great fine dining experience all around.

Beautiful place with an amazing view on the sunset under the veranda. But the real thing is happening in the plate! Every part of the dinner was so savoury. The balance between sweet, salty and acidity was very interesting and really made me want to devour my plate. The staff was very attentive and friendly. My partner and I had a great experience!
Restaurant was in a beautiful setting. The restaurant staff were all lovely and even allowed us to make cocktails not on their menu. Our group had a great time. Food was on point. Two of our companions thought the carrot cake was lacking flavour..but the presentation was beautiful!
I would highly recommend Botanica to anyone looking for a cosy, romantic, high quality diner in the Hunter Valley. The food was super tasty, colourful. The products are fresh. The place itself is really great with a nice view on the garden. And on top of that comes the outstanding service from the staff! Must Go!!

We were treated by very friendly and accommodating staff who made our anniversary celebration very special. We also had an amazing view of the sunset, scenery and grazing kangaroos, and enjoyed some incredible food! Topping the three courses and a great night off with the strawberry shortbread was perfect. We would definitely visit again when in the area! Highly recommended.
