Great dinning experience! Every dish is a tribute to Singaporean culinary traditions and you can tell that the Chef has worked on every detail. I’d be very keen on bringing my family from Europe there - a refreshing change to the more traditional flavours you can get at most fine dining places. One last thing: the Labyrinth Chili Crab was definitely my favorite dish!

Interesting take on local dishes. Love the story behind each dish but expected more premium ingredients for the price we paid. Nevertheless a wonderful experience!

Only gotten round to make a review after finishing most of the Michelin restaurants in Sgp. I have tried Labyrinth in 2018 and 2019 as shown from the photos. I will definitely go back to try again this year. This chef has evolved which I like. In 2018, his lunch set was so tiny that all 4 of us were left hungry when we left. In 2019, he evolved, and made his food tasted local which must be filling enough and yet tasted good and refine. He wasn't just trying to make the food look good but taste good and fulfilling to the customers. Well done!

Excellent service and exquisitely prepared menu. Not the run-in-the-mill rendition of local favourites but the chef's personal experience and take and homage. The host and staff were chatty and attentive. Had great fun celebrating my wife's birthday. By far the best fine dining experience I had in the last 5 yrs. Well worth it.

Really enjoyed the setting and the food which puts a twist on Singaporean local food. *Wait a minute... A cold dish of chilli crab and risotto chicken rice?* It leaves us confused (in a nice way) to taste something so familiar yet... so different. Kudos to the chef for bringing a fresh representation of our traditional cuisine, almost like a juxtaposition of old and new flavours. Every dish is a star. Credits to the maitre d' as well, for the great service. The setting, the light and the way the maitre d' presents himself around the room, made it feel like the whole room is a stage and all the diners are the main characters in this dining experience. Labyrinth and the team deserves a michelin star indeed. Only gripe was the dishes were taken away a little too fast, so the experience felt a little rushed but that's okay. The food's still great!

Love the food and the service ! The taste of the food is very fusion with own creation.

Chef and his team is really creative and witty. I love the infusion of local cuisines with premium ingredients. Had quite an amusing time also with some of the dishes and their thought behind it. I loved that it was as much a stomach as it was a brain affair. Thank you for the delightful experience!

Definitely worth a visit if you’re a tourist / non local and want to experience what an elevated, fancy version of Singaporean cuisine is like. Stand out dishes include their creative take on fish soup and bak chor mee as well as kaya toast - which are all more surprising than you might expect. However, some dishes are still rather mundane though - their amuse-bouche (except the Chili crab ice cream) tastes rather ordinary despite the ostentation.
