An excellent restaurant through and through. The lunch menu is an unbeatable bargain at 39 including 3 courses, water, wine and coffee. I would definitely like to try the more elaborate menus in the evening. Totally worth its Michelin star.

Another 1 Star Michelin restaurant in Toulouse. This was very good. Our menu was not as large but the portions and service were of a high quality. The foie and beef in beef broth was amazing!
Good ambience and the food was great. Best on the menu, their signature drink and entree.
A superb one star restaurant, surely close to getting a second one. We thoroughly enjoyed our 39Euro lunch, beverages included. Real fine dining.
Beautiful setting and excellent service. Only two menus available at lunch. Neither menu encapsulated what I wanted to eat. Disappointed that I couldn't order from the a la Carte menu. What I had was very good if not what I wanted. Thus, four stars instead of five.
