We were here two years ago.I have thought to write a review for a long time.. Our trip Spain included visits to Barcelona, Asturia and Basque Country. We ate great food during the whole trip. However this this restaurant has stayed in our memories the most. Fantastic flavors from local ingredients. Black pudding that made me thrown back in time, to the best variant from our country Sweden. The best cheesecake we've ever eaten, we still use it as a reference. The owner was super nice. We hope to return someday.

We came here following the advice from some colleagues and the experience is worth it: it is a mid-high restaurant with plenty of local traditional dishes, each of them cooked to perfection. You probably pay extra compared to other restaurants in the area but you pay for the environment and the extra quality. Extremely nice place: service, environment, food and prices. Very recommended the Cabrales with nuts and mussels w/ black garlic. Angel and the female server very professional. I will get back!
HIGH-QUALITY ASTURIAN FOOD. El Molín de la Pedrera offers a more upscale experience than the zillions of sidrerías in Cangas. The menu is focused on traditional Asturian cuisine but adds some novel elements. Our dinner was outstanding. I highly recommend the crujiente de Cabrales, panaché de setas and rabo de toro. The wine selection is great as well. And the Charlota cake for dessert is amazing. Expect to pay around 30—35 per person.
The lamb is an absolute must have. All the food is locally sourced and amazing quality. A must visit
