Juli and the staff at West Resthaven are absolute professionals. Our entire family is laid to rest at their facility and it is always a pleasure to visit and reflect. The ceremony for the recent loss of our Mother was handled with such dignity from start to finish. The planning and execution of all the tedious details was made so simple thanks to Juli and Chip who both became instant very close friends. Everyone went way beyond the call to make everything special, just exceptional. From photos, to music to the final interment, everything was so beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend West Resthaven to anyone needing such services.

I was already experiencing my worst nightmare and the place managed to make it worse....My 15 year old son passed away in August and i picked this place because we have a close friend buried there. From the begining i felt disrespected, i wasn't even offered any condolences. They did not call and communicate with me but maybe one time. I was told twice that my son was to be embalmed and they failed to do so both times and didn't communicate with me either time, i had to find out on my own. It took almost 3 weeks to do so which effected the viewing. I'm appalled at this place. On the subject of communication, the people who own the plot nearby get a reminder email from the cemetery right before they mow every time, i was never even offered this. All of my sons pictures and keepsakes everyone left were taken from his grave and we found them in the dumpster ! No respect for my son or us at all. If i could afford it i would have him moved. Would never recommend this place.to anyone, i would rather have given them no stars at all

Excellent service from beginning to end and very professional staff members. Not even words can describe a great service. Experience at West Rest Haven Cemetery. That had to be the one of best memorials I attended. Everything from both sides was very clear, kind and very humble. Your work and love truly shows for your customers. I have been asking the office since February to replace the broken or stolen vases. I can't even leave flowers for my parents and brother. After spending thousands of dollars on plots you would think you could get what you asked for. I have a plot for my husband and myself but I'm seriously considering selling it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL...Update. My sister and I have just returned from the cemetery and were very pleased to see that both vases have been replaced with exactly what was there to begin with. Thank you.
