I am a regular at the Ben and Jerry's in Reston. Great store and Melanie the manager there is very friendly and helpful. I have dietary restrictions and every time I order they make sure there's no cross contamination. Will be back soon!!

Very small portions for the price. Ordered two sundaes and received less than a scoop for each covered with runny whipped cream. Can get equally good ice cream with larger portions at Bruster’s. Yet another disappointing visit to the Town Center. Sorry

Love the location at RTC. Friendly staff, great ice cream and close to restaurants, stores or the movie theater, if you have craving while being at RTC. Staff is patient (my daughter sometimes takes a while to decide) and always has a smile on their face. Love their give aways. Met the owner and manager, and both are very friendly. They are great at helping out the community through sponsorships or fundraisers!
