I stopped in for a beer. It was cold. Good selection. Happy hour is 2 off. Service was good. I would recommend this place.

TL;DR: place has nose-dived in quantity and quality, but still charging premium prices. If you haven’t come back here since COVID - this place is nothing like it was before. We used to love this place: this was my wife and my go-to place, pre-COVID. Then COVID hit, they reduced their menu (understood; supply chains were dicey and demand was low). Now, 6 months after COVID they still don’t have their “favorites”. However, my wife and I decided to give them a try, and ordered online. Her food was fine - the buffalo chicken dip portion was small especially for 10. The fried Oreos were as tasty as ever (don’t judge us). I got the wings (they forgot the sauce, whatever, mistakes happen), and a “cheesesteak” with an up-charged onion rings. The cheesesteak was 13.50, and had a few slices of “ribeye”, really it was SteakUms, and a couple of slices of cheese (I ordered and was charged for extra cheese). It was supposed to come with fried onions, see if you can my fried onions in the attached pics. The bread was heavily buttered, which I can only surmise is to mask the lack of ingredients in a slathering of unflavored fat. The worst part was I substituted fries for onion rings, and was charged 3.25. Fine, their onion rings are dynamite. However, I got 4... for 3.25. When I called, I was told (very politely and professionally) that this was standard. What?! If that’s the case then put that on the menu. There’s no way a consumer would think that an onion ring would cost over 0.80 per ring. When I called, the person from BWF was apologetic and offered to give me the missing wing sauce. It wasn’t worth the drive to pick it up. My speculation is that BWF is nearing bankruptcy, cutting costs (at the detriment of their previously great food), and milking their customers for every penny they can. It’s a shame.
5 stars if you get the right wing cook. I only get spicy honey mustard now and it’s amazing. Spicy ranch is great and all Buffalo sauces are amazing. The wings are always good but sometimes they make the boneless next level
This is my first review on anything ever. Wings were edible I guess. Better off at BWW or America’s Best Wings
Have been a long time goer of the Wing Factory. The food is always good and the service is always friendly. Would highly recommend to a friend or as a spot to go if you come into town. Plenty of TVs for great entertainment and great food and beer which make for a good, fun evening.
GM is very hands on. Awesome Food. Awesome Prices. Great Family Atmosphere.
Good food and service. The food came out fast. Every thing was tasty the burger, Peruvian chicken sandwich and the Philly cheese steak. Good selections of beers on tap and bottles. And the wings like always on point.
I’ve been coming here for some time now. Great wings and great service. If you want the best service, ask for Mr. Lewis; he is stellar at what he does. What else do you need to know about a place called buffalo wing factory?
