Place sets up orders for 1045 and you arrive at 1050 and the staff is just getting the stuff ready for mobile order could've waited in line and got out quicker. Very trash organization, on mobile orders if you are not going to prep after the initial pick up time don't allow people to order until your ready. If you need to get in and be out quick go to a better run store run by better management.

Worst chipotle experience ever! I never thought I’d feel insulted by a chipotle burrito, but let me tell you. I asked for the burrito to be double wrapped and apparently that was offensive to the chipotle employee because they did not care to roll the burrito, if at all. It fell apart immediately into guacamole mush since there was little to no actual food in it! They basically sent me 2 soggy tortillas in guacamole mush. The “burrito” was only slightly covered in a crumpled piece of tin foil. It was insulting to see pulling it out of the brown bag. Talk about a health violation with the food exposed as it traveled via Uber Eats. Other complaints about a similar situation with food delivery from this chipotle sets it in stone: This chipotle doesn’t deserve business!
Exceptional spot to eat some food when in a rush. Their service is quick, rates are fair, excellent atmosphere. Keep up the good work
Half of my delivery order was missing. Upon calling the restaurant, I spoke with someone who apparently could not hear me and had a horrible attitude. When I told him the name on the order he said “I don’t have that name, are you sure this is the right location?!” and then hung up on me. He was very rude and yelled during the entire conversation. It was 100% the correct location. When I tried calling back, they let it ring until I was disconnected. Dear franchise owner: There is a serious issue with some of your employees. This is the third time I have had issues with orders from this location, and have dealt with someone who should not be in any type of customer service position. I will not be ordering from here anymore unless some things change.
