If you buy an NV home beware, they only care up to the closing, they fight you on any work that needs to be done after. I have been in the home for 4-5 years and have a roof leak, AC issues (refrigerant leak they knew from when i bought the home but they keep kicking the issue by filling it and saying all good until a year after when it needs filling again). I had a roofer come by and all home they built have roof issues in the neighborhood, from poor install (Nails showing, bad shingles, bad flashing install to bad Caulking, already have paid out of pocket for find and fixt the leak on the AC. Now they will not return my call. See pic of their workmanship. recommend you hire not only inpectors but experts (like a roof inspector, AC inspector, concrete inspector)

I purchased a Ryan Home a little over one year ago in the Brookside (Warrenton) area and am thoroughly dissatisfied. I have a storm drain pipe on an easement in my backyard, which is fine. What is NOT find is that it spills water into my backyard and has created a pond where snakes, crawfish, turtles, toads, frogs, etc. routinely live. The grading is improper, the location of the pipe output does not match the platt location (which should be in the back of the backyard, not the middle where it is now), and is in direct violation of code because the water does not drain and has created a pond. I have submitted warranty claims with email from the county showing the code violation, as well as photographs and additional evidence. Yet, Ryan Homes WILL NOT HELP and DO WHAT IS RIGHT and fix the problem. I cannot recommend Ryan to anyone in good faith if they don't fix these horrible problems.

One of their employees, Project Manager, Phil Bartleski rented an office from me for work purposes and failed to pay along with failing to return my keys. Definitely not trustworthy. If this is the type of employees they employee then I wouldn't use their services.

Buyer beware - NVHomes is quoting legalese in the warranty agreement to deny service to my home. The only time I need them to come fix a construction issue, they wont.

Nvr is by far the worse place to work for especially the king's mountain NC plant. Such a disgrace how they treat their loyal employees. Plant manager and his people in charge only care about themselves and how big their pay check is!!!
