Love the store, wasn't the best customer service. Felt uncomfortable and unwanted. So I left and didn't but not one thing. They got 3 stars for the organization of the store and nice things. Took last star because prices are ridiculous for the quality/versus the look.

I needed a new chair and I was looking for very comfortable leather chair. This Pottery Barn had some very nice furniture but the prices were very high. Judging from the chairs I looked at and compared to other stores, you are paying quite a bit more. I will probably wait a bit and see if there is a sale. The fabric chairs seemed much better priced but the prices for leather is just too much.
Beautiful store, somethings are very interesting, some not. Expensive but sometimes you could find accordingly expensive quality and originality of the stuff. Nice to walk around to feed your imagination.
I had an ordering miscommunication/error and one of their design studio specialists, Micah, was so accommodating and fixed the problem with no headache. I highly recommend. Great selection, and Great customer service in store!
Fantastic staff! I’ve been in and out of here a lot lately with a new home and a wedding and everyone I’ve worked with has been very helpful.
Reston store always had very friendly staff until now. 1 woman last night in the store was rude, impatient, and I needed help w drapes and she tells me it’s complicated so she hates dealing w drapes. I wanted a finial I saw online and she said they did not have it there. When she was not around I asked a male employee and he came back with the finial I wanted. Just now I called Bc I was told I was getting a call back a few hours ago and never got one, and the woman that answered the phone was irritated with me. If this happens one more time, I won’t be going back to this store.
Great place for home goods! Good quality merchandise.
Sad to see it closing. But found some awesome last mintue gifts
