Had severe flooding that happen while away from home for several months. This led to a major mold problem that destroyed everything in the basement. Restoration 1 was recommended to me by a coworker. I contacted them, the owner took my call and immediately came out to accessed the problem. The next day they began work to remediate the issue. There was a significant amount of mold, however, Restoration 1 had everything cleaned up in a week. My Insurace company was amazed at how thorough of a job was done for such a great price.

When we woke up to a inch of water in our basement due to a failed sump pump, we were panicked. Jeff and his crew were out immediately to access the damage. He gave us great advice and recommendations of how we should proceed even if we didn't choose him and his team. Jeff was able to walk us through every step of the way of restoration in which we could understand. His team was professional, respectful and ultimately very helpful. The crew was able to help us remove heavy items from our basement and bring them back down once the basement had dried out. I never felt that there was a time when I was unsure of what was happening.
