Marcus and Fred and their crew/sub contractors are absolutely pleasure to work with. We had a big water heater damage few years ago. We called the plumbers and they suggested them. We called them and they did everything in our house with perfection. From restoration work, color, tiles, everything was as per our expectations. They also took care of all the insurance part. Always smiling and happy to work to your satisfaction.Then we had leak again few days ago, called different plumbers. They said we should call restoration guys to take a look just in case and gave us Chris's number.Of course we happily called him. He came and gave his honest opinion, helped us and checked his old work too.Would totally recommend them because of their honest opinions, very good work and a lot more.Would give them more then 5 stars.

Dave was referred to my by a plumber - he was kind, professional, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He came out a couple hours after I called (on a holiday weekend, no less!) and was honest and informative. He explained what was going on in my house (really strange leak and water damage) and even explained how to fix it myself, if I choose to do so. I'm thankful and delighted to find an honest person in this field who understands priorities within a budget. He didn't even charge me to come to my home.I highly recommend him and this company - I can't recommend Dave enough!

I used Restoration Doctor on a commercial project this past summer, we needed dehumidifiers and area spot coolers for a library at a school renovation project. It was important that the books be protected from heat and moisture! Ben from Restoration Doctor went above and beyond to make sure that we stayed cool and dry throughout the project, coming often to check on us even after hours. They kept us running all through the hottest days . They are an excellent and professional outfit. Five stars!

contacted Restoration Doctor because I was worried our bathroom was growing mold as it started having a musky smell that wouldn't go away. With our little ones using the bathroom and in the bedrooms nearby, we were worried about potential health effects. After contacting Restoration Doctor and explaining the situation, they were very open and gave a genuine reply that it most likely was not anything to worry about. Still, they offered to come out for an inspection the next day, did some scans, and confirmed there was no indication of moisture, mildew, or mold. We appreciate their honesty, peace of mind they provided, and education throughout the process!

I just CAN NOT speak highly enough of this company! When our home was flooded our plumber gave us \the name of a guy\ that came out to help with water damage/restoration. He came out but something seemed odd, we looked at reviews and they were a ROOFING company. We saw Restoration Doctor at the top of the list with glowing 5-star ratings -- why not call the best in this very stressful situation? Thank goodness we did!. Not only are they clearly experts in what needs to be done and how to do it, but they very respectfully managed our stress levels by being so quiet in their work and CLEAN (I joked that they left my house cleaner than our housekeeper.) THEY moved everything out of the way THEY cleaned up the mess THEY moved everything back - it was all so easy for us and we are so grateful. In addition, Ben was so helpful in walking us through and advising us on all next steps that we would go through, educating us on the process that we knew nothing about. Finally, it was a bit incredible to me that while we waited for that insurance check they never contacted me once to inquire or check status of their payment, though it was a long process. I have no doubt that this company is successful because of the values and integrity of the people that run it and the compassion they have for their customers. These are the type of people you want as your friends and neighbors
