Good communication - Mark came out soon after we talked, evaluated and explained the details and we scheduled for the work to be done on a weekend. The team was on time, very professional and we were pleased with the quality of work.

Phoned and left messages for a simple quote multiple times, no call back. Emailed the business without response. Wrote their business page on facebook a message, which was seen and also no response given. Overall displeased with their unresponsiveness, if they are in business at all right now.

Their customer service was fantastic, but I wasn't satisfied with the end result. I wanted them to level my basement floor. The first time they did it, it didn't work out very well. It was not level and was blotchy. They came and did it a second time, which looked a lot better, but was still not flat and level. They came back again and ground down the high spots and patched the low spots, but it still wasn't flat and level. It's definitely better than it originally was, but I was expecting a self-leveller to be perfect. Maybe that was an unrealistic expectation. I found out after the fact that they have a \tolerance level\ for the flatness. It would be a good idea to tell customers that ahead of time to avoid disappointment. In any case, I needed to level the floor in one of the corners for my shower base because it wasn't one of the spots that they fixed up at the end. I decided to contact Mark to see if he would be willing to fix it for me and luckily, he was, even though it's a couple months later. Thank-you! I should also mention John, who did the bulk of the work/return visits. He's very polite, respectful, quiet and hard working. I would give a 4.5 rating if that was an option.

Restore All Concete Inc

I tackled my own concrete stain in my garage. As a result of an error in application (Thats what happens when you try on your own sometimes) I had to remove some stain and re-apply; Unfortunately late on a Saturday when all the retailers were closed and not open till Monday I could not obtain stain to make the repair or finish the job. I contacted Mark late Saturday night. Mark took the time on a Saturday eve to go through previous job stains and see if he had any left over. He found a partial bottle and provided it to me N/C. I was able to complete my repair and saved 2 days. Two days sooner my wife will now be able to park back in the garage. AW Calgary
