UPDATE: since they claim in the response to this review that they never worked with me I felt compelled to add some photos proving that they did. Again, please don’t waste your time or money. Have a lovely day. Please don’t waste your time or your money. I used TCA because of their 24 hour turnaround. I needed a resume in a hurry to apply for a job that came up. I paid almost 500 for a resume and cover letter. I have been told it is wordy, uses redundant language and does not screen well in the software that companies use to review resumes. I should have known. My call with Scott was one sided. He loves the sound of his own voice and has a very high opinion of himself. He would not let me get a word in edgewise. I actually had to raise my voice to get him to let me speak. I have over 24 years experience and I have not been called for many interviews or called back by any recruiters. Now I have to pay more money to have my resume redone. Based on the feedback I have received I’m embarrassed to use it. His response to me when I told him was to “keep on punching “ and that he has been doing this for 40 years. Overall it doesn’t matter how long he has been doing this, if it is not done well it is not worth it.
