What a great set of panels!! I had 6 x 6' and 5 x 5' shiplap panels from them in June and all were good heavy duty ones, obviously pressure treated and well made. Great service despite the issues they have in getting wood supplies in the Covid-19 crisis times. I will be back for a load more soon!

Difficult to leave a negative review as the order was dealt with quickly and delivered very quickly. However, i was somewhat disappointed with the quality. Lots of gaps around the panels and the gates. There are better quality materials out there and at a lower price.

Very abrupt on the phone and unhelpful. I recieved half my order on delivery as tone of the panels was incorrect and waited over two week after chasing them for the full order. They lost my original order notes. Rang them and they hung up on me. I had paid them in full for half the order, doubt I will be compensated, won't go back to this company.

Products ordered online, no confirmatin email, no delivery informatino, no phone calls. Called the stated number to be told they were having issues with suppliers, understandable, Covid 19, was told delivery should be 10 days. Over two weeks after order date, still no updates from the company. More than happy to change review, but feel lack of conact is unexcusable. Update, order cancelled and refunded through PayPal buyer protection
