Icon Polymer Hired our services in to provide on-site refrigeration whilst there units were being upgraded We had units on-site for approximately 3 months without issue. The company has been very difficult to work with as a supplier with very poor communications especially Martin Hunt who is particularly elusive. will not return calls provide vital information nor respond to the majority of emails. That aside I'm a small business and they have not paid our invoice for the services we provided, We are owed over 14000.00 and the company has done it's usual head in the sand approach. We are, of course absolutely disgusted with Icon Polymer and are enforcing the debt through our collection agents and the county courts. The company is abhorrent in the way it has treated us and I warn further suppliers to be cautious about there dealings with the company.
