This office has the longest wait of every doctor I've ever been to. Scheduled 1:30, it is now 4:30. Waiting area is packed even in a pandemic, people sitting back to back, standing and sitting in walkers. There is no social distancing at all. Patients are even sitting in their cars. Visiting doctor for my mom and myself and every time same wait, same crowded wait. Doctor is very good, but scheduling is sadly lacking. They have the nerve to have you sign that you will be charged if you are more than 15-30 minutes late but they call you whenever they want?

Dr Brodrick is great, its the staff that is the worst to deal with. I called to verify an appt and when i showed up for appt they told me i had canceled. Another time I was scheduled for an injection and when i show up lady told me she needed my medicaid number, which i did not have. I gave them updated insurance info and she told me i needed to reschedule.BS! Now i have to find another specialist ASAP . I wish i didn't have to put a star because they don't deserve one.

I saw the hours are now posted. Thank you. I'm concerned about the reviews about long waiting past the scheduled appointment time. Has that changed or improved? My job is 50% customer service. I don't have that time to wait and you don't have evening or weekend appointments. Please get a website and post your hours so that customers know when we can call for an appointment. I called just after 5pm on a Tuesday and the phone ran once then the line went dead silent.

You will be waiting atleast an hour and a half AFTER your appointment time! I’ve been coming to Dr.Navas for over a year now (due to being only eye dr available for a diagnosis my gma has due to her insurance ) and it’s ALWAYS the same thing. They want you to Arrive 15 mins before your appointment time and then have you waiting almost 2 hours to see the physician.

I am very grateful to Dr Brodrick for save ing my left eye .He took special care to correct a fail surgery preformed by another Dr.. He has great bed side manners & he makes sure you understand what he has instructioned u to do with caring for your eyes.. I highly recommend him to all .. Yes I've had to wait a bit, but waiting time has not been a problem for me.. staff has been courteous & accommodating
