This is really a Royal Retreat! Beautifully decorated, very clean and relaxing...The staff is the best I've ever experienced. John is amazing! The level of customer service and services rendered here surpasses what your imagination could ever come up with. I love it... My family loves it... YOU WILL TOO

Great Salon, clean and very nicely decorated. Price wise it is comparable to the area but the service is AMAZING!! I have gone to many other Katy area nail salons and was disappointed with the service. Nicki was fantastic. She was meticulous, timely with out being rushed (even for a Saturday) and overall just great! I would highly recommend them.

Meagan and Johnny provide a beautiful experience. I come every 2 weeks for gel pedicure that includes 15 minute neck/shoulder massage and nails and facial. Been to many salons but this is my favorite by far! Highly recommend.

The staff is very rude, they had a bad attitude with me today, the manicurist did not want to explain the treatments offered, she looked upset the whole time. I talked to the ‘Manager’ about my complains and I felt that she did not take them serious. I’m planing no to come back.
