Fantastic service and a lot cheaper than the airport. They will pick you up from the airport and the office is 10min away. Paco is a credit to the company. I would highly recommend anybody flying to Reus to hire a car from this company.
Very bad. We wanted rent a car for two days 24.-26.9.2018. I used their website for car booking 8th August. They didn't answer. After urgence from my side, they finally contacted me. Nothing was problem (baby seat, car transfer to Tarragona, different drop-off place), so I sent them all the required information. We thought the car was already booked. When I wrote them e-mail, because they didnt send me confirmation of booking, they said they dont have a car for us. I asked them for another type of car. They wrote me, that they dont have any type of car for me. So after one month of communication, we were without car. I had to change our plans completely. So they cost me time and money. This company never again. We wanted rent a car for two days 24.-26.9 2018. So this is not definitelly high season.
Professionalitat, bon servei, mantenen les condicions pactades en tot moment. Recomanable, ja que en aquest món hi ha poca gent formal.
