Eva was very friendly and helpful when I picked the car up. I had been upgraded at no extra cost and she speaks English very well. I returned the car at 0830 hrs a few days later and was refunded 13 Euros because I had reserved the car until midday of that day! Any small abrasions on the car had been noted by Eva so there was no problem on my return. Will definitely use Enterprise again if I have to rent a car.

Destaca la facilidad para hacer una reserva online. En mi caso, el vehículo era el mismo modelo que pedí (aunque indican que puede ser ese modelo o uno similar) y la verdad es que muy contento. La atención por parte de la chica muy correcta. Muy importante también: son puntuales en la entrega y en la devolución. Recomiendo esta empresa de alquiler de vehículos.
