The value for money on the car was great. But the customer service on arrival was less pleasing. Sixt do not have a desk at the airport. Nor do they have a designated spot in the Car Rental section. We had no idea where to find our car. After walking around the car rental space, it was in the car park we came across two men at a car who were actually from Sixt. They were not wearing any Sixt branded clothing so we didn't know it was for us. The booking slip and details checked out and that was fine. We were not informed where to return the car. We rang up the day before returning to the airport to ask for 9am drop off rather than 10am as this was a time to drop-off rather then up-to time. We arrived at 9:05am and there was nobody around for Sixt. Rang up after 15 mins. They had not made a note on our booking. After going back and forth on the phone, we came across someone wandering around the car park at 9:42am, who was actually from Sixt. This driver then said he had 10am on his document but we stated that it should have been 9am. Rather than saying sorry for the hassle and accepting it may be a mistake, this person actually went face to face being verbally aggressive with my partner. Disgraceful car rental service with next to no information on the process.

We had read really scary reviews about hiring cars in Reus but we chose Sixt and couldn't fault their service. The car was waiting for us as we arrived, the handover was prompt and the return to the airport was as easy, both guys were polite and smiley and the final confirmation invoice (with no additional charges) arrived within three days of our return) Very many thanks to everyone at Sixt Reus
Car collection is by meet and greet at Reus Airport as there is no Sixt office. The person from Sixt meeting could have been in Sixt uniform or at least orange to make it easier to find them as instructions were a little imprecise. Once the meeting happened, very professional and clear.

Je suis francais je suis venu en vacances en espagne, j'ai reserver une voiture sur le site de sixt a l'aeroport de reus, ce pendant a mon retour, pour rendre la voiture qui était prévu a 17h00 ont attendu pendant 50 min que la personne arrivée, et ont ou a dit qu'il y'avait une commission de 20 en plus qui n'a pas lieu d'étre... la personne qu'on a u au téléphone s'appel anna qui pour ma part est juste la pour arnaqué les gens... ne reserver jamais dans cette agence...
