Vodafone has expensive plans. I bought it in Barselona's airport T1 terminal, it cost me 35 and included 7gb & 15minutes national talking. If you are foreign sitizen u won't be able to renew your plan by Internet. You will have to find an office this company or some point of sale there you'll be able pay for your number. There is more cheap cell service provider (i.e. MobilStar if I remember correct)
