I think this was the worst experience I have ever had. I’m a student and I had a medical bill for 158, I forgot about it because I work 3 jobs and go to school full time. One day I woke up and my credit score was down 30 points. Keep in mind this is the my credit that I have been working to build it for four years. I called them immediately and they told me if I pay it off rn, they would send letters to get it off my credit report. It’s been a while and there is still nothing from them. They just took the money and pretty much lied about what they are gonna do for me. Be careful when dealing with them because it’s not really about the money, it’s about how my credit is gonna hurt for 7 years. So, if they offer you something don’t take their word for it. So after I wrote this review, they contacted me and helped me to get the collection off of my credit report. I want to thank them because of how professional they acted when they saw my review. After they contacted me, they told me that it is gonna be gone in 5-7 business days. On the 5th day, it wasn’t on my credit report. Thank you guys, and I appreciate you keeping your word. Now you guys deserve 5 stars

Crooks. I made an agreement to pay over 4 grand in Medical Bill's. I paid over 900 and they've added over a grand in interest. I will not pay it. I will pay my true balance but no more! I had to give 1 star to comment. I'd give them no stars if I could.

I enjoy seeing a debt collection company have a bunch of one star reviews. This means they are doing a good job of collecting money from people who don't like to pay their bills. We use them and end up getting about 80% of the unpaid bills collected.

I get a call from them constantly saying I owe them 33 for a doctor's visit at a hospital I've never even step foot in. And the lady over the phone harassed me and refused to explain what and specifically why I had a bill. I explained that I had never been to the hospital in which she said I owed the bill. Idk who runs this place, but y'all are clearly just money hungry people with nothing better to do than to try and collect anything from anyone. It's kinda sad that these people have to try and get free money from people. Can you guys not just go get a real job? I'm 18, and I have one.

I want to thanks Don today for getting an account that my daughter lost due to moving. He was professional and promised to get letters out to send to the credit bureau. I'm shocked how a 189.70 can haunt you. So all that and a bag of chip and you are paid in full.
