I mean, what can I say, I wish everything was labeled better. So I knew what I was buying. The guy that helped me was great but he wore no gloves. I dont like that. They do have good food. Just need to clean up and be sanitized sanitary.

This restaurant has the best food, however it is lacking the basic skills when it comes to customer service. Also, it’s anytime I come here you have to clean the table and chairs for your self, (see photos).
I come here once in a while to get the Mille-feuilles pastry. It’s decent and must be consumed within the same day, otherwise like all Mille-feuilles it goes lumpy next day. If it weren’t for the chaotic service I would give this place 4 stars. But because there is no system in place, basics such as, line starts here to order, that leads you to a cashier station, I’m rating you folks a 2 for your own good so you can improve. You can do it. Also, I went there during covid, and although there were signs telling customers you can’t stay in longer than 30 min, signed by the named manager, you still see clusters of at least 6 men here and there hanging out shoulder to shoulder together in tables for a long time - rules in this place do not apply or maybe management is intimidated by the regulars.
I go to Casablanca at least 3 times a week. I’m giving it 5 stars as support and motivation! But there are few negative points I have to mention : 1) A few employees need customer service training; for example how to greet customers, how to acknowledge customers, and smile even if you’re not happy!! After all the customers are the ones paying your salaries and are the reason you have your job. And very importantly: Pay attention and focus on the job, many times they get orders wrong or never get it at all.. 2) maybe the manager should have an employee who’s job is to clean the tables, sometimes customers come in and look at all the dirty table, that gives a bad image of the business. 3) just like other customers mentioned already: maybe it’s a good idea if you have one or 2 employees who’s job is be at the register all the time, that way they don’t have to touch money and touch the food at the same time. And also that way you will always have someone available for the customers in line. You have a great potential for growth and improvement: great location, huge parking lot outside, very spacious dining area..BUT you have to focus on customer service and cleanliness.. you have a lot loyal customers, but you could have a lot more and more.. Keep up the good work. Loyal customer.
The food is great but the service is horrible, I been here in USA 10 years this is the only place that I have to clean the table by myself, also sometimes to get a coffee can take up to 20 minutes.
